Frequently Asked Questions
While we use DM automation to send instant replies, we’re not a chatbot builder. Ellipsend helps you automate the first touchpoint—then hand off to a human with the tools to close the sale inside our filterable Inbox.
Unlike other tools that only offer DM automation, Ellipsend also lets you schedule content and track results from campaigns down to every post—all in one platform.
In most cases, Ellipsend complements your CRM, not replaces it. We integrate with HubSpot, Close, GoHighLevel, and more through Zapier — unlocking the ability to easily track your customer journey and scale revenue from your organic content.
We currently support Instagram and Facebook, with TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn coming soon.
Most users are live in just a few hours or less — some in as little as 30 minutes. No developer required.
Not at all! Ellipsend works for enterprise brands, agencies, creators, and small businesses — anyone looking to sell more from social media.
Nope. Ellipsend is intuitive and easy to use, even for non-technical users. If you can post a reel, you can run your marketing on Ellipsend.
We will never ask for the password to your Facebook or Instagram accounts. Your team can post content, access your messages, and create flows through Ellipsend without ever having to share sensitive login information. We leverage Meta’s secure login process so that you can grant Ellipsend access to your connected Instagram and Facebook accounts simply by logging in through your Facebook account.
Unlike many other online tools, Ellipsend uses Meta’s official API to post content, read comments, and send DMs on your behalf. Through this integration, you won’t need to worry about blocks, bans, or other restrictions so long as you aren’t sending anything against Meta’s guidelines and Terms of Use. We know how important it is to keep your account safe, so we are continuously updating our platform to always stay up to date with official Meta policies and guidelines.
